L’dor V’dor: From Generation to Generation
Securing Bolton Street Synagogue’s Future
For forty years, Bolton Street Synagogue has been a place of prayer, learning, celebration, and the pursuit of justice. As we look toward the next 40 years, we have an exciting opportunity—and a shared responsibility—to sustain and strengthen this special community for those who will follow us: L’dor V’dor, from generation to generation.
To help make that vision a reality, we launched our 40th Anniversary Campaign—a $2 million effort to establish the L’dor V’dor Fund and ensure that Bolton Street remains a vibrant, thriving synagogue for generations to come. We invite you to read the Case for Support which outlines our needs and how we plan to invest the fund.
We are thrilled to share that since January 2026, we have raised $1.5 million in donations and pledges from early supporters. And now, we have an exciting opportunity to build on that momentum: two generous members have offered a $60,000 challenge gift, and every new donation received through November 14, 2026, will be matched dollar for dollar.
We hope you’ll join us! Add your voice and your generosity to this extraordinary community by making a personally meaningful pledge, payable over three years.
Thank you for helping make Bolton Street the vibrant, welcoming, and special community we are so proud to call home.
Warmly,
Sharon Krevor-Weisbaum, Campaign Chair
