Curriculum

The great teacher Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel taught, “What we need more than anything else is not textbooks but text people. It is the personality of the teacher which is the text that pupils read; the text we will never forget.”

We are blessed with an amazing faculty who understand and exemplify this teaching. Their love of and passion for Judaism is the greatest lesson for our students. Their commitment to crafting engaging learning and building relationships guides the religious school experience for our children.

Our curriculum is designed to provide our students with:

  • knowledge of and fluency in Hebrew prayer
  • knowledge of and opportunities to mark Jewish time through celebrating Jewish holidays and experiences
  • exploration of Jewish values
  • connection to Israel

All of the above components help our students and families to lead meaningful and enriching Jewish lives.

This year we are introducing ShalomLearning and JLearn Hub as the framework for instruction. Click here to learn more about our curricula.
